We love where we live. Located in the heart of the New Forest and just a hop,skip and a jump from the coastal towns, whether you’re staying for business or pleasure, there are a number of fantastic places to visit on our doorstep.

Summer Nights

Stay with us for two nights this summer and we’ll top your stay up with brekkie on both mornings (in bed, if you like) and a meal in the pub on either night. Plus, we’ll welcome you with a summer-in-a-cup Hugo Spritz.

Your stay in the New Forest

You’re right in the heart of it at the Huntsman, and within a short drive (or bicycle ride!) you’ll find stately homes, picturesque seaside towns and villages, wild horses and sailing. Being situated in the heart of the New Forest means there’s plenty of the ancient woodland to explore on foot or bike, but there’s still plenty to get up to at ours!

Wander through the bustling town of Brockenhurst or kick back and relax over a glass (or two!), or why not even savour some al fresco dining courtesy of our garden.

For animal lovers, Manor Farm has something for everyone, with plenty of animals to see, historic buildings to explore, play areas for kids and a wildlife garden to wander around.

Lymington (7.2 miles)

If you love being by the sea, then a ride into the quaint waterside town of Lymington is a must. The town boasts a delightful Georgian high street and busy harbour and regular ferry to the Isle-of-Wight.  On Saturdays Lymington comes alive with the weekly market, which has been held here since the 13th century.
